In connection with the expansion, the company Soufflet Agro Ukraine invites a Specialist in foreign economic activity

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting the implementation of export-import contracts (grains and oil crops) from the moment of conclusion to closing;
• Coordination of deliveries in accordance with Incoterms (EXW, FCA, DAP, FOB, etc.);
• Organization and control of document flow (invoices, CMR, bills of lading, certificates, etc.);
• Interaction with traders, logistics teams, elevators, ports and counterparties
• Organization of customs clearance and interaction with customs brokers;
  Control of fulfillment of contract conditions: volumes, terms, quality, payment
  Monitoring of shipments and movement of goods;
• Preparation of reports on contract fulfillment

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably economics)
• A confident user of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 will be an advantage
• Communication and ability to work in a team
• Ability to solve problems quickly
• Stress resistance
