"Defense Procurement Agency" of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is a national agency responsible for centralized procurement of weapons, military equipment and goods dual use for the needs of the Armed Forces. Our goal is to transform the defense procurement system to more efficiently purchase weapons and strengthen the capabilities of the Armed Forces on the battlefield.

We invite you to the forecasting and management reporting team.

• Introduction of commercial and economic activity contracts (payments, shipments, etc.) into the system

• Control over the status of execution of contracts and settlements with counterparties

• Formation of management reports: forecast indicators of cash flow reports, financial results, budgets and other arbitrary reports at the request of management

• Collection and analysis of customer needs and requirements to determine requirements for ERP; by module Accounting/Payroll and personnel accounting/Finance/Logistics

• Documentation of requirements according to BPMN 2.0 standards

• Writing technical tasks for developers to finalize functionality

• Accepting and testing functionality from internal or external developers

• Writing user instructions

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, accounting or IT

• Experience as a business analyst for at least 1 year

• Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting, knowledge of IFRS will be an advantage

• Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes

• Domain Knowledge

• Experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems / business process automation systems will be an advantage

• The ability to work in a team and focus on achieving results and quality;

• Analytical mindset and critical thinking, initiative, learning ability

• Ability to self-organize and make decisions in a short time, responsibility, organization

• Possession of IT-Enterprise, will be an advantage
