In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive financial analysis, strategic insight and decision support for specific segments. As a key finance partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, analyze trends and support key business initiatives. What you need: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field 2-3 years of experience Audit/IT experience will be a plus Critical thinking and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities include: Collaborate with business leaders/segment managers to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for specific segments. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve forecast accuracy. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess financial performance of projects/segments against goals. Provide variance analysis and actionable information to support business decisions. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to management. Create presentations that convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Work closely with segments to effectively manage and control costs existing and new projects. Identify opportunities to optimize costs and increase efficiency. Carrying out special financial analysis and special projects in accordance with management requirements.
