• Analysis, testing and implementation of innovative educational technologies and methods, in particular in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning for training and other HR processes.

Desired experience:

• Availability of higher or partial higher education in the areas of pedagogy, educational technology, cognitive science, mathematics or other related field.
• Basic understanding of the principles of artificial intelligence, machine learning or working with big data/information.
• Confident computer user (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Skills in working with online educational platforms (will be an advantage)
• Participation in educational projects, hackathons, internships or courses related to AI or EdTech.
• Working with word processing or data analysis platforms (eg ChatGPT, Google AI, TensorFlow).
• Courses in AI or design educational programs (will be an advantage)
