We are currently looking for a Specialist in documentary support of deliveries.

Key tasks:

• Working with the primary documentation of Suppliers, provided together with the delivery of goods (invoice, expense invoice, goods and transport invoice):
  • Checking the completeness and correctness of the provided documents in accordance with accounting requirements.
  • Scanning and creating electronic copies documents.
  • Formation of a package of delivery documents and their transfer to the accounting department.
  • Maintenance of an electronic register of deliveries.
• Posting of received materials in the SAP ERP accounting system (we teach);
• Interaction and communication with related departments (purchasers, accounting, internal customers, etc.).

Necessary experience and skills:

• Confident PC user, knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Attention, responsibility, organization.
