Responsibilities of the executor:
- Collects information, forms and transfers it to the department of organizational development of the BraVo program by specialists of the MoD.
- Prepares the job description for each program/type of activity together with the project manager.
- Coordinates activities for the development of the MoD together with the leader of volunteers of the MoD;
- Provides methodical and technical support services to the Ministry of Defense team for the implementation of the BraVo program;
- Uses and implements tools for attracting resources at the local level;
- Provides assistance in the coordination and implementation of the Ministry of Defense development plan and reports on the results of its implementation to regional specialists in the development of organizations, volunteering and/or youth;
- Participates in the implementation of measures that are recorded in the Memorandum and/or other documents regarding this programs.
- Ensures the implementation and uses tools from the Care of personnel and volunteers at the level of the MoD, supports MoD specialists in this matter;
- Assesses the need of organizations in the sub-departmental territory for volunteers and organizes their joint involvement with the project manager.
- Evaluates the needs of organizations in the sub-departmental territory in the implementation of youth programs and initiatives (including educational ones) and coordinates their implementation together with the coordinators of the areas of activity (if available).
- Participates in the evaluation of the needs of volunteers and community youth carried out by the organization.
- Selects and secures volunteers by areas of activity, including the area of development and involvement of youth, and relevant managers project.
- Implementsfinding and providing volunteers with resources for work and visibility items.
- Ensures high-quality and timely maintenance of registers of permanent and spontaneous volunteers, accounting of volunteer hours.
- Provides services for organizing training for volunteers: briefings, introductory volunteer course, volunteer management training, organizational and personal development training,
- Organizes volunteer meetings, exchange events experience, measures to support and motivate volunteers.
- Together with the communication specialist (if available), disseminate information to the public about activities in the field of volunteering and youth development and maintain relations with other volunteer and youth organizations.
- Organize the election of the volunteer leader of the relevant organization in accordance with the Regulations on Volunteer Leaders of the TCHU, cooperate with the elected volunteer leader and provide him with methodical and consulting support for needs.
- Organizes and participates in meetings with local public organizations, with representatives of state authorities and local self-government bodies, partners at the local level (round tables, forums, workshops) on issues of youth development and involvement.
- Organizes the arrangement of volunteer and youth spaces/youth centers on the ground in accordance with available resources, projects and programs.

Basic higher education (bachelor’s) and/or full higher education (specialist, master)
Additional requirements:
- Ability to adapt to changes

- Writing narrative/descriptive reports
- Experience and ability to organize events
- Experience in conducting corporate communication in social media networks.
- Experience of maintaining pages in social networks.
- Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
