The ability to make decisions.
The ability to apply non-standard/innovative solutions in work is desirable.
> experience in monitoring the level of training of volunteers.Additional: going through trainings and simulations as part of the training of volunteers of the Russian Armed Forces, experience in liquidating the consequences of emergencies.
