Requirements:
Basic English language skills: This is required as the workflow and main communication is conducted in English language, in particular with colleagues from the USA.
PC fluency: Effective use of a computer for a variety of tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and LibreOffice: Special emphasis on working with files in formats XLS and CSV.
High responsibility and attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and correctness of data input.
Teamwork skills: Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
p>Ability to learn quickly: Adaptation to new tasks and processes.
Ability to work at night.
Work schedule:
Monday-Tuesday: 15:00-01:00
Thursday-Friday: 15:00-01:00
Closing time may vary depending on the volume of tasks and current needs.
Responsibilities:
Entering information into the accounting system.
Control over the life cycle of orders: from order to creation of an invoice for payment.
Formation of reports on the work performed.
Writing off balances after the sale of finished products.
It will be an advantage:

Experience with warehouse operations and the use of appropriate software (eg 1C).
Availability of a large monitor (32 inches or more) for effective work with several open tabs.
Availability of alternative sources of electricity and internet in case of blackouts.
