• Can ( or wants to learn) to look at the project strategically, to find business growth points beyond one advertising channel
• Ready to effectively cooperate with a team of strategists , art directors, copywriters and designers to achieve the highest possible performance
• Ready to effectively and caringly communicate with the client, knows how to make cool reports and communicates clearly own thoughts and hypotheses
