Our team develops and implements project solutions that (1) restore the lives of communities; (2) develop territories and industries; (3) create new and rapid opportunities for the affected population. The geography of our projects includes 11 regions of Ukraine, but the main focus is on the front-line southern and eastern regions.

We are looking for a specialist who will implement cash and voucher assistance (CVA) to the population affected by the war in the activities of our organization. 

Directly, he/she will provide an ambitious transition from 25% of the hygienic needs of the residents of the Kherson region from the delivery of humanitarian goods for the use of vouchers at trading points. This requires the creation of a network of local entrepreneurs who sell non-food products in their own communities and become project partners.  

He/she will work directly with distribution specialists, reporting, logistician, MEAL and WASH specialists. Coordination of teams of registrars in Kherson and communities of Beryslav district will be carried out.  

Working conditions:

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">- contract with FOP 3 group or employment under an employment contract/civil law contract of 12 months or more.

- Remuneration 70,700 hryvnias (FOP 3 group after payment of a single tax) or 43,500 hryvnias (labor/civil law contract). 

- Office in the center of the city of Mykolaiv;

- Full time;

Working hours from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; -style: normal; text-decoration: none"> Trial period 2 months;" none">Prospects of career and expert growth, investment in professional training.

Main duties:

1. Development of an algorithm and a plan of measures for voucherization of the Gufinancial needs of the war-affected population. 

2.  Involvement of active local entrepreneurs, who sell specialized products locally, to the project's network of retail outlets, which accept vouchers for hygiene needs. 

3. Creation of transparent functioning mechanisms and an atmosphere of mutual trust of participants for the implementation of vouchers in frontline communities. 

4. Development and implementation of a database for cash and voucher accounting. 

5.  Training of representatives of field teams, entrepreneurs-partners in communities to standardize the quality of processes of registration and accounting of cash/voucher assistance. 

6. Management of registration teams for cash and voucher assistance in communities. 

7. Control of timely and correct reporting by field teams and partner entrepreneurs in communities. 

8. Ensuring daily interaction between the distribution and monitoring teams.  

9. Control of project indicators by activities.

10. Field monitoring visits to the location of direct registration and delivery of humanitarian aid to the affected population.

11. Timely preparation of written reports, tables, schedules upon request. 

12. Coordination with relevant structures of local self-government bodies, state administration, civil society and local small and medium-sized businesses. 

13. Participation in coordination activities, platforms, including WASH and Shelter clusters, Cash Working Group (CWG) and others. 

14. Other additional requests are possible as needed.  

Qualification requirements:

- Completed secondary and vocational education, higher education is an advantage.

< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">- Experience from 2 years in the private sector, local self-government and state administration, civil society, international developmentor humanitarian response.

- Knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine on the circulation of cash and vouchers, their administration.

- Experience in working with trade networks, process accounting, supply management , teams are advantages.  

- Previous experience related to humanitarian response is an advantage.

- Advanced oral and written communication skills in Ukrainian and English (B2) for preparing reports.

- Confident use of spreadsheet programs (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).

Responsible attitude to deadlines, rules and quality.

- Developed emotional intelligence to maintain a healthy atmosphere in the team. 

- Interest in quickly learning new experiences, topics, approaches in work.< /span>

- Personal interest in the topics of combating the consequences of war, involving citizens, restoring communities, economic development, and solving socially important problems.
