Development and improvement of the methodology for collecting and analyzing feedback. Analysis of customer feedback, development and control of the implementation of recommendations to improve customer service experience. Formation of standards and control tools for their implementation. Formation and approval of service metrics. What we expect from you: Experience in a similar position or in the field of service will be an advantage; High level of responsibility and attention to detail; Skills in working with analytical tools for data collection and analysis; with clients at service points; Fluency in the Czech language at a high level; Ability to use the necessary software (basically Microsoft and Google portfolios) Deep understanding of principles and practices in the field of Customer Experience Ability to work in a team And most importantly, stay positive in any situation;) If you recognize yourself in all of the above — don't delay!
