The team of the supermarket chain "Miracle Market", which is dynamically developing, we invite to work a responsible and detail-oriented Specialist in administrative and personnel issues who will support the processes of personnel registration and administrative work at RC.
Main responsibilities
- Conducting interviews and preparing a package of candidate documents (Bitrix, scanning, transfer to the HR department).
- Initial briefings on OP and PB, keeping journals.
- Closing the time sheets of full-time and freelance employees.
- Monthly reports (insurance, medical examinations, vacations).
- Support of new employees during adaptation.
Requirements
- Higher education (management/HR/administrative areas will be a plus).
- Experience of 3 years or more in personnel or administrative direction.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel records.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Word.
- Experience with WMS / 1С / Bitrix / Main will be an advantage.
