- Purchase planning.

- Duties of document management specialist.
- Management and control a complete package of accompanying documentation at all stages of the life cycle of equipment.
- Processing applications for the purchase and movement of equipment.
- Preparation and registration of invoices, acts of acceptance and transfer, acts of write-off.
- Maintenance of electronic and paper archives of documents.
- Interaction with suppliers, warehouse services and the IT department regarding the exchange of necessary documents.
- Control of compliance of documentation with the internal regulations and policies of the company.
- Preparation of reports on the circulation of equipment and accompanying documentation
- Ensuring timely updating of data in internal accounting systems (for example, 1C, etc.).
- Maintaining the order and systematization of document circulation in accordance with the requirements of audits and inspections.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the basics of document management and archival matters.
- Understanding the processes of procurement, accounting, inventory and write-off of equipment.
- Skills in working with accounting systems (1C, SAP, internal ERP systems).
- A confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Word).
- Attention to details, responsibility in keeping documentation.
- Ability to work with primary accounting documentation.
- Knowledge of internal regulations and document design standards.
- Experience of interaction with relatedand departments (IT, warehouse, accounting, supply).
- Basic knowledge of the technical characteristics of computer equipment will be an advantage.
