We are currently looking for a Specialist in accounting and document management of the production support department.

Key tasks:

• Timely display in the automation system (SAP) of economic operations on the movement of goods and material values, their write-off according to the types of costs and their places of occurrence (we teach);
• Printing of work orders, their transfer to the foremen of the teams. Acceptance of Work Task Plans, scanning and sending to the specialist of the network data management department;
• Participation in the annual planned and unplanned inventory of stocks;
• Compilation of information on issuing milk to employees who are employed in jobs with harmful working conditions;
• Acceptance and transfer to the Department of Personnel Management of employee applications for vacations, transfers, dismissals, changes in work schedules, transfers to other positions;
• Keeping records of working hours of employees of the unit, timely formation of all time sheets of the unit's personnel (hospital, business trips, raids). 

Necessary experience and skills:

• A confident PC user, knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word;
• Skills of display, write-off and analysis of materials (desirable);
• Attention, responsibility, organization.
