Your role in the team is the curator of educational courses 🎓

Your task is help our students pass online courses easily and with interest.

In your area of ​​responsibility will be:

• Accompany students at all stages of taking online courses.
• Maintain regular communication with students and the team of teachers/mentors in Telegram and by email and in the webinar chat.
• Create and accompany webinars (Zoom , YouTube).
• Monitor course attendance and motivate students to complete the course.
• Control that course materials are prepared on time and in the right form.
• Collect feedback from students.
• Work with the CRM system.
• Attract new speakers and mentors to courses.
• Help create new courses
• Make additional sales.

You are our ideal candidate if:
 

• Your Polish is not lower than C1, and you have written and spoken Polish practice. If you are a native speaker, you are almost our candidate, but it is important to understand Ukrainian for communication with the team.
• You have experience in online education or management.
• You can also you want to build warm relationships with clients because you value quality service.
• You like to solve problems by helping others.
• You know how to find a way out of a controversial or conflict situation without unnecessary nerves and transition to personality.
• You have enough technical savvy not to be afraid of sudden difficulties with software.
• You like to be responsible for your results.
• You know how to work with large volumes of information.
