supporting the process of gathering information about the needs of families with children and organizing the delivery of humanitarian aid to beneficiaries.

Responsibilities

• communication with families and beneficiaries who need support;
• conducting short interviews and filling out questionnaires regarding the families' needs;
• recording basic information in established forms;
• participation in the process of organizing and issuing humanitarian aid;
• interaction with the coordinator and the team during the implementation of support measures.

Requirements

  • higher education;
  • experience working in the public sector, charitable organizations or the social sector will be an advantage;
  • experience in communicating with beneficiaries, families or vulnerable population groups;
  • attention to detail and responsibility in working with documentation;
  • skills in working with basic electronic forms or questionnaires;
  • willingness to work in a team and respond quickly to needs;
  • willingness to work in mobile teams.
