SC "Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights" is looking for a specialist for the Project "Minimum package of integrated social services for families with children".
Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD) was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.
Task: Conducting expert work on the topic "Assessment of community needs regarding the best interests of the child" in communities of the Kharkiv region (Bogoduhivska TG, Krasnokutska TG, Lozivska TG), relying on open sources of information
Responsibilities:
- Conducting an analysis of the situation in communities based on open sources;
- Review and analysis of current Socio-Economic Development Programs, Procedures for Interdepartmental Interaction, results of social services mapping, etc.;
- Preparation of an expert opinion on the assessment of community needs, taking into account the principle of the best interests of the child (for each community separately);
- Use of presentation materials in the work of the project, recommended analytical approaches and tools;
- Submission of final documents within the established deadlines;
- Upon completion, provide the Organizer with an expert opinion on the assessment of community needs regarding the best interests of the child in each community.
Requirements:
- higher education in the relevant educational field
- at least 2 years of coaching experience;
- 5 to 10 years of general experience in the field of social services and social work;
- have positive experience in conducting events for social service providers from 3 to 5 years, incl. offline and online;
- high level of knowledge of national legislation on the protection of children's rights, creation and provision of social services;
- excellent presentation/teaching/documentation skills.
