Requirements: 1. Educational and qualification level "specialist" or "master" in the specialty of architecture and construction, architecture and urban planning, construction and civil engineering, geodesy and land management, social and behavioral sciences, economics 2. Preferably, work experience with: determining the compliance of the developed design, technical and estimate documentation with the requirements of regulatory and legal acts in the field of construction; determining the compliance of completed construction works and constructed objects of real estate (buildings, structures, etc.) with design and technical documentation and the requirements of normative legal acts in the field of construction; determining the compliance of completed construction works, individual elements of real estate objects, structures, products and materials of design and technical documentation and the requirements of regulatory and legal acts in the field of construction; determination, verification of the scope and cost of completed construction works and the compiled primary reporting documentation on construction and their compliance with the design and estimate documentation, requirements of regulatory and legal acts in the field of construction; determination of the capital group, complexity category, degree of fire resistance of buildings and structures and the degree of construction readiness of unfinished objects; determination of the technical condition of buildings, structures and engineering networks, causes of damage and destruction of objects and their elements; determination of the cost of construction works, related to conversion, elimination of the consequences of flooding, fire, natural disaster, mechanical impact, etc.; determination of the possibility and development of distribution options (allocation of a share; order of use) of real estate objects. 3.
