Responsibilities:

 Data and reporting management:

  • Analysis of information arrays and compilation of sales reports in the necessary sections by primary and secondary sales; 
  • Formation of data on sales (shipment) to the client in the requested formats (client, category, brands, product positions, seasonal sales and other reports);              
  • Formation of analytical reports from OKO, EYWA, MIS, Web - tool, SSDR, SAP, OPSO, EFFIE systems, as well as others implemented by the company;              
  • Consolidation of data on tertiary sales (by client / category / item) and the creation of analytical reports and presentations for the Head of the Sales Department;              
  • Formation of consolidated merchandising reports;              
  • Monitoring the implementation of the POP strategy (price, assortment, OOS / distribution, percentage of retail space);              
  • Reporting on the introduction of new products into the assortment of each client.

  • Consolidation and reporting on payments of Key Clients in accordance with commercial terms;              
  • Reporting on advertising budget of Key Clients (TM) (by client / category / product line);              
  • Work with electronic document management systems (Vchasno, Edin, Komarch and others);
  • Creation of the Key Clients Database and its regular updating:

    • Provide support for up-to-date data on the Company's products on online sales sites (eCommerce) of clients.               
    a consolidated plan for the promotion of products in the assortment of the Client \ Clients; 
  • Preparation of a complete package of documents for the process of introducing new products (pres.entation and samples, brand files, Key Client starter packages, activity reporting)             
  • Entering marketing activities (data) into the Company's systems;              
  • Preparation of analytical reports on the use of various types of budgets;              
  • team support;

    Interaction with employees of the trade marketing department, marketing department, financial department, sales department, legal department.

    Requirements:

    • Higher education
    • Experience in working with primary documents, reports, analytics, figures, contracts.
    • Desirable work experience of six months or more in a similar position in the sales department in the FMCG segment
    • English language at the level - Intermediate and above (you will have to use writing more, rarely - communication if necessary with the global team)       
    • Proficiency in MS Excel at an advanced level.
