We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Polish company selling windows and doors to B2B and B2C customers in Ireland and other global markets. Our goal is simple: we want to popularize window and door joinery from Poland and make the purchasing process as easy and as satisfying as possible. We cooperate only with the best producers and brands and offer only proven, high-quality products, known for their functionality and the highest aesthetics. We focus on the quality of our sales processes and the high motivation of our employees. Our priority is the voice of our customers - we want them to choose products that they will be 100% satisfied with! Our employees are happy to share their knowledge, experience and advice at every stage of the purchasing process. To meet the needs of customers in Ireland and Northern Ireland, we provide them with a full package of services: products, delivery, installation, warranty and after-sales support - this is a unique value that distinguishes us from other companies in the joinery industry. We offer professional sales and door-to-door delivery services to customers in other markets (both within the European Union and abroad). What we offer: Work in a beautiful and modern office in Warsaw (close to Blue City) Home office - up to 2 days a week (after the implementation period) Laptop + phone Internal sales training Work with international clients, including guaranteed conversations in English Sales commissions no upper limit (for B2B contracts) During the implementation period, mandate contract PLN 5,000-6,000 gross or B2B contract PLN 5,000-6,000 net + commission (depending on the results, it may be up to 150% of the net amount on the invoice) After the implementation period, cooperation on the terms B2B You are fluent in English at C1 level in speech and writing, as well as Polish (a necessary condition) You are open, talkative and like contact with people You are a person with a positive attitude to work and the environment You are determined and focused on success — in pursuit of your goal, nothing is impossible for you You do not give in to adversities and are always looking for ways to solve problems Providing the highest level of customer service is your priority You like learning new products and getting to know new industries You are good at using modern software tools - G-suite , Google Drive (especially "Excel"), Business Suite Manager Welcome: Experience in the window and/or door industry (if you don't have this, we will teach you everything from scratch) Ability to use a CRM system and a good habit of reporting your activities and making notes (our CRM system is very intuitive to use, if you haven't used it before, you will quickly master it) Experience as a sales and/or customer service specialist, ideally if you have served foreign customers in English We are a dynamic and a rapidly growing Polish company selling windows and doors to customers;in B2B and B2C in Ireland and other global markets.
