What we offer:

- Home office - up to 2 days a week (after the implementation period)

- Sales commissions with no upper limit (for B2B contracts)
- During the implementation period, mandate contract PLN 5,000-6,000 gross or B2B contract PLN 5,000-6,000 net + commission (depending on the results may up to 150% of the net amount on the invoice)
- After the implementation period, cooperation on a B2B basis
- You are fluent in German at C1 level in speech and writing and in Polish (necessary condition)
- You are open, talkative and like contact with people
- You are a person positive attitude towards work and the environment
- You are determined and focused on success - nothing is impossible for you in pursuit of your goal
- You do not give in to adversities and are always looking for ways to solve problems
- Providing customer service at the highest level is your priority
- You like learning new products and getting to know new industries
- You are good at using modern software tools - G-suite , Google Drive (especially "Excel"), Business Suite Manager
Welcome:
- Experience in the window and/or door industry (if you don't have this, we will teach you everything from scratch)
- Ability to use the CRM system and a good habit of reporting your activities and taking notes (our CRM system is very intuitive to use, if you have not had experience with it you will master it quickly)
- Experience as a specialist for ssales and/or customer service, ideally if you have served foreign customers in German
