Gamzix company, an international IT product company:• was founded in March 2020• has already successfully produced 60 games• the team has grown to over 70 skilled professionals and we continue to grow• two strategically located offices in Europe.Responsibilities:• Finding, analyzing and evaluating candidates profiles for positions of various levels: tech and non-tech, from juniors to top management• Building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates and developing a talent pool to cover future hiring need• Social activity on LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, networking• Analysing the number of potential candidates, locations and salaries• Forming a database of potential candidates, maintaining contact with them and providing feedback on time• Tracking candidates in the internal database• Seting up interviews, conducting short pre-interviews, providing candidates with feedback on interview resultsRequirements:• Proficiency in using search tools: Boolean search, X-Ray, Headhunting, Amazing Hiring• Understanding of an IT market, roles at IT companies especially gaming• Basic knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, DOU, Telegram, etc.• Analytical thinking, ability to work with various tables and reports• Excellent communication skills• Basic knowledge of the IT industry and technical terms• High customer orientation• Desire to develop in HR• Work with large volumes of data• A team playerWill be a plus:• Previous experience in recruiting or sourcing, customer support, lead generation in the gaming niche• Understanding of the leading IT trends• Ability and desire to work from the officeWhat we offer:• 7 hour working day 10:00AM - 6:00 PM (with the lunch break)• Hybrid formate of working day• A-class office, Mokotow, Warsaw• Competitive salary in the IT field, fixed in €• Paid taxes• State holidays are paid• 10 days for paid sick leave• 28 days of paid vacation: 18 and 10 days separately• Courses/training reimbursement• Corporate English courses: business or general, morning or evening schedule• People-oriented company with the work&life balance• Opened and friendly communication• Corporate team buildings and activities
