We are currently looking for a part-time sourcer / researcher to strengthen the team.

Work format

• Employment: part-time (a few hours a day or a few days a week - by agreement, depending on the scope of the projects)

• Format: fully remote

• Schedule: flexible, with a focus on the result

The main goal of the role

Efficiently find target candidates and ensure a quality, structured search for projects agency.

What you will do:

• Look for and select targeted candidates for closing vacancies (middle / senior / managerial levels);

• Develop and implement search strategies for specific roles;

• Actively use various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job platforms, Boolean search, alternative sources);

• Work with candidate databases;

• Interact with consultants within projects.

Our expectations

• Experience as a Researcher / Sourcer in a recruiting or agency;

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to independently organize work and keep focus on as a result;

• Interest in modern search tools, including AI-solutions;

• Comfort in a part-time format and willingness to combine several projects.
