Mandatory Requirements

– experience in a similar position of 3 months or more or having a certificate of completion of relevant courses

– knowledge of basic candidate search tools

– theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process

– knowledge of modern search sources

– management skills negotiations and work with objection

- focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace

- professional command of the Ukrainian language

- English not lower than Pre-Intermediate level
