Sourcing Specialist in Andersen

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced and progressive Sourcing Specialist to become part of its strong and professional team. 

We are looking for an experienced, progressive, energetic team member who can source qualified and interested candidates and is willing to continually develop and work effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Working with current vacancies of the company - search for personnel for IT-specialist positions.
• Selecting the optimal sources of candidate search.
• Active sourcing of candidates using various search channels and tools (Linkedin, habr, telegram, X-Ray, Boolean Search, etc.).
• Posting job descriptions on job search web resources and processing responses.
• Maintaining and developing the existing candidate base (working with the internal CRM system).
• Analyzing candidate resumes/portfolios based on the specifics and requirements of the vacancy.
• Initially communicating with candidates and pre-screening resumes.
• Closing interaction with the recruitment team.
• Maintaining reports on work performed.

Must-haves:

• Experience in the position of Sourcer/Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist for 1+ year.
• Confident experience in using candidate search channels and tools (Linkedin, habr, telegram, X-Ray, Boolean Search, etc.).
• Basic level of understanding of Web-technologies.
• Knowledge of the specifics of the labor market in the field of information technologies will be a plus.
• Proactivity, ability to work in multitasking mode, focus on achieving results.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in quickly changing conditions.
• Level of English – from intermediate and above.
