We are looking for a Sorcer who will not just find candidates, but also build long-term relationships with them. Our expectations; - Candidate search. - Active search for qualified candidates through various search channels (job portals, LinkedIn, profile communities). - Creation and implementation of search strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.- Using boolean queries to search for candidates.- Posting vacancies on job search sites and other resources.- Maintaining an internal database of candidates.- Pre-selection of candidates by reviewing resumes.- Evaluation of candidates for compliance with job requirements. - Assistance in accompanying the candidate during the hiring process.- Organization of interviews.- Ability to build relationships with candidates, maintain contact with potential candidates.- Labor market analytics.- Reporting on the personnel selection process.- Performing other tasks related to with search and recruitment. Your area of ​​responsibility; - Commercial experience as a Sourcer/Researcher from 1 year. - Experience with arbitration and IT positions. - Knowledge of basic search sources and the ability to write boolean queries. - Ability to work with ATS systems (PeopleForce or others). - Knowledge of English language A2-B1 level - Knowledge of the gambling market.
