Recruit Alliance is a recruiting agency. We have been working on the international market for more than 20 years and are currently looking for an IT Researcher

What will need to be done:

- Search for candidates: Using various sources such as professional networks (LinkedIn), resume databases, specialized sites and social networks to find potential candidates;

— Resume evaluation: Analysis of candidate resumes for meeting job requirements;

p>— Database maintenance: Maintaining and updating the candidate database;

— Cooperation with recruiters: Working closely with recruiters to accurately understand job requirements and transfer suitable candidates;

-Active participation in closing vacancies together with a recruiter;

- Ability to build relationships with candidates, maintain contact with potential candidates;

Basic skills that must be possessed:

-Experience in a similar position or courses;

-Experience with IT positions will be a plus;

- Knowledge of basic candidate search tools;

-Negotiating skills and working with objections.
