Recruit Alliance is a recruiting agency. We have been working on the international market for more than 20 years and are currently looking for our IT Researcher

What will be required to do:

- Search for candidates: Using different sources such as professional networks (LinkedIn) , resume databases, specialized sites and social networks for finding potential candidates;

— First contact: Contact with candidates for a preliminary discussion of the vacancy, clarifying the details of experience (a list of questions is sent);

— Resume evaluation: Analysis of candidate resumes to meet job requirements;

— Database maintenance: Support and updating of the candidate database;

— Cooperation with recruiters: Working closely with recruiters to accurately understand job requirements and transfer suitable candidates;

-Active participation in closing vacancies in conjunction with a recruiter;

-Ability to build relationships with candidates, maintain contact with potential candidates;

Basic skills that must be possessed:

-Experience in a similar position or courses;

-Experience with IT positions will be a plus;

-Knowledge of basic candidate search tools;

-Negotiation and objection skills.
