Our candidate has: a higher education not lower than a bachelor's degree; work experience of 6 months or more in a similar position; skills for finding resumes on various platforms (Robota.ua, Work.ua, Djinni, LinkedIn, Facebook, DOU); skills for creating job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases; > ability to determine motivation, basic needs and biographical data of the candidate; ? excellent communication skills; basic knowledge of PC and Excel.
