< b> Working and housing conditions:

• Rate: The rate depends on the monthly output of the entire team. 25.14 - 26.55 zł/hour.
• Rate for a student - 30.70 - 32.43 zł/hour.
• Schedule: work for 8 hours. If a morning or day shift, then 4 working days and 1 day off, if a night shift, then 4 working nights and 2 days off (it is possible to take overtime by agreement with the foreman). I shift: 6:00-14:00/18:00, II shift: 10:00/14:00-22:00, III shift: 18:00/22:00-6:00
• Average working hours per month 160-240 hours
• Monthly cost of living - 490 zł
• Compensation for own housing - 250 zł/month
• Access: free access from the city of Bydgoszcz
• Warm working clothes and shoes are issued free of charge
• Working conditions at the enterprise: every 4 hours there are breaks of 20 minutes. In some shops, there are breaks every 2 hours for 10 minutes
• The temperature for the enterprise is from +3-+10°. The enterprise has a place where you can eat (kettle, microwave), free lunch .
• Medical examination - PLN 290 from the first salary.
