The company is looking for an experienced Sourcer who has worked with mass recruiting and call centers, has an analytical mindset. and quickly adapts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
* Active search and attraction of candidates through various sources, for positions in the call center;*

* Conducting the initial selection of resumes in accordance with the requirements of the vacancy; 

Requirements:
* Experience in sourcing from 1 year, mandatory (preferably in mass recruitment, sales and call centers);

* Possession of various candidate search tools;

* Experience working with various candidate search sources (LinkedIn, hh.kz, Work.ua, Telegram groups;

* Knowledge Italian language from (B2) to work with native Italians;

* Ability to work with a mass search and a large database of candidates.;

* Ability to work in Google Document,  MS Office (Google Sheets, Excel).

* Experience with ATS/CRM systems;

* Developed communication skills;

* Analytical thinking;

* Adaptability, proactivity and responsibility.
