We are looking for a Sourcer who has a desire to develop in the direction of recruiting. We need a person who is driven by challenges, new experiences and excited about the opportunity to implement non-standard recruiting tools.

What you need to do:

• search and select resumes of candidates according to certain criteria using various sources (job sites, social networks, recommendations, direct search);
• plan sourcing strategies;
• provide resumes of potential candidates for consideration by the hiring manager;< /li>
• prepare job descriptions together with the hiring manager;
• post vacancies on job sites, in social networks;
• conduct initial negotiations with potential candidates;

• maintain the candidate database;
• prepare analytical reports of the candidate market (level of salary expectations, bonuses/premiums, number of candidates) according to their level of vacancies for further search of candidates for similar positions.
