We are currently scaling the team and looking for a sourcer who will be responsible for quality search and selection of candidates.

What will need to be done:

• Active search for candidates on job sites, LinkedIn and professional communities
• Processing reviews
• Initial selection of resumes according to the job description
• Formation short letters for a recruiter or manager
• Maintenance of the candidate database and reporting
• Implementation of the plan for the number and quality of selected candidates

It is important for us:

• Experience in sourcing or recruiting
• Attention to details and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly assess the relevance of resumes
• Systematic in work
• English language will be an advantage
