Solutions Engineering Manager in Devart

The Skyvia team is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager for the development of a consulting area. 
 
Skyvia is a universal no-coding cloud platform for data integration, backup, management, and connectivity. Skyvia supports 160+ connectors, including major cloud apps (CRMs, Marketing tools, Support systems, Management, etc), databases, and data warehouses. 

 
 
Responsibilities 

– Managing a team of analysts (setting tasks, monitoring implementation, assessing team performance) 
–  Creation, description and implementation of business processes in the team and tracking the team’s performance 
– Collecting customer requirements, finding solutions to customer problems using Skyvia products, providing clients with advice on the technical aspects of Skyvia products during the onboarding process 
– Development and implementation of strategies to improve interaction with the client 
– Ensuring high quality of demos conducted and POC provided 
– Building an optimal POC preparation process. Defining criteria for engaging a technical team 
– Building and scaling the customer onboarding process (formalization of the process, determination of KPIs, implementation) 
– Building a process for finding new cases of product use 
– Establishing a process for analyzing markets and competing products. 
– Creation of auxiliary materials: presentations, demos, technical documents, recommendations for use, solution sets 
– Collecting and providing customer feedback to the product team on a regular basis 
  

Requirements 

– 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer/Data Analyst 

– Experience of working in service companies
– English Upper-Intermediate or higher 
– Experience in team management, coaching, team development (drafting PDP etc), management of overall performance indicators 
– Experience in creating, describing, and implementing business processes 
– Experience with task managers (Redmine, Jira, etc.) 

– Experience with knowledge bases (Wiki, Confluence, etc.) 

– Experience in conducting interviews and collecting user requirements 
– Active listening and providing feedback skills 

– Skill in conducting  presentations 
– Advanced knowledge of SQL 
– Deep knowledge and experience in ETL/ELT processes 

– Experience with various databases, data warehouses and cloud platforms 

– Basic knowledge and experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.) 

– Experience in using REST API 
– Stress resistance, flexibility and good communication skills 

Nice to have  

– Previous work experience as a Data analyst or Solution Engineer 

– Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, mathematics or finance
