Purpose of the position: implementation of new BRM processes and processes for the development of corporate and corporate architecture. Main responsibilities: Conducting an analysis of the current architecture to provide recommendations for strategic development and creation of an effective, modernized and simplified landscape of products, applications, technologies, approaches to integration with external architectural domains Interaction with project teams and development teams to form optimal approaches to solving architectural and integration issues Development of technological and architectural solutions that contribute to the engineering excellence of applications and products, simplify interaction and ensure: portability, ease of use, maintenance, scalability, recovery, availability, extensibility and security Analysis of existing architectural solutions, Gap, Impact Analysis, Analysis of architectural solutions, architecture, identification of the most optimal. Creation of integration specifications, data models, architectural diagrams Creation of TOBEenterprise architecture. Presentation and justification of the solution architecture Creation of architectural artifacts, architectural models and accompanying architectural documentation Monitoring the work of solution architects and the consistency of these solutions with corporate standards and architectural principles. Key requirements: 3+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect (OPTIONAL Enterprise Architect \Head ofsoftware\Product Manager \ Product Owner) 5+ years of experience managing transformation or operational improvement projects, identifying priority areas for improvement and modernization Experience defining the target state of an organization's architecture and creating transit architectures as a roadmap for its achievement. Experience in using/implementing the TOGAF framework, creating and implementing corporate standards using TOGAF. Experience in technical solution expertise in accordance with the company's business goals and IT strategy. Practical experience in the application of Microservice Architecture, Monolith, Event-driven and Request-driven architectures, understanding the terms of use, using UML, understanding BPMN diagrams. Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP).
