Main Responsibilities:
1. Service to business clients:
- Processing and classification of appeals (emergency, service, informational, complaints, etc.), control of their timely resolution.
- Proactively informing clients about accidents and problematic situations.
- Preparation and processing of documents and tender documentation according to company procedures.
- Organization and support, renewal of contracts for connection and customer service.
2. Retention of business clients:
- Determining clients who may stop cooperating and analyzing the reasons for possible outflow.
- Conducting meetings, participating in the preparation of offers to increase loyalty.
- Preparation of initiatives regarding improvement of service processes.
- Participation in events to support customer loyalty.
- Interaction with the financial department regarding acts, tax invoices, etc.
- Support of projects for the sale of innovative solutions.
- Analysis of the sales funnel and forecasting the execution of plans.
3. Development of business clients:
- Determining new customer needs and preparing proposals.
- Connecting services/products of Big Data and other services.
- Connecting, modifying and disconnecting telecom services according orders.
- Preparation of reports on connections and service changes.
- Entering data into corporate databases (development steps, contactand, documents, leads).
- Preparation of documents, inquiries and cases for customer development.
Requirements for candidates:
- 3 years of work experience with B2B clients (the telecom sector will be an advantage).
- Attention to details and competent communication.
- Ability to work with CRM and office programs.
- Analytical approach and desire to influence development clients.
- Higher education.
