Solution Architect/Teach Lead in GlobalLogic

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect/Tech Lead who will drive the delivery process and engage our client to build a complex multimodular system for cluster computation. You will work closely with our experienced teams, technical leads, designers, and client R&D engineers to identify and establish the best solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining tight cooperation with the client’s R&D team, developing and growing our teams, and ensuring on-time delivery of anticipated functionality.

We are building a top-notch web application for one of the most innovative German hardware manufacturers. Our project is very dynamic, currently in the active phase of development, with an experienced and continuously learning team in place. The product should evolve into a flexible, tool-agnostic suite of capabilities, allowing end-users from Silicon Valley to perform post-acquisition 3D visualization and analysis of CPUs and microchips images. The project is enriched with scientific knowledge and cutting-edge technologies such as Machine Learning and Big Data.

Requirements:
- Strong enterprise-level Solution Architecture skills, including technical architecture (e.g., Back-End, Front-End, Infrastructure, Data) with exposure to business architecture. You should be well-versed in constructing systems that are modern, reliable, low-maintenance, and of enterprise scale.
- Ownership of the solution design lifecycle (analysis, architecture, development, hosting, etc.).
- Ability to immediately provide trade-off analysis and solutions for large and complex systems.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, high-growth environment. Exhibits ownership of projects and tasks assigned.
- Effective communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in at least one high-level programming language (C#, Python, Go, etc.) and one scripting language (Bash, PowerShell, etc.). Experience with ReactJS will be a plus
- Experience working with messaging platforms such as RabbitMQ.
- Expertise in designing and implementing software and infrastructure on top of cloud services (we primarily use Azure).
- Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, Helm charts, and other cloud-native technologies. Experience with Terraform will be a plus
- Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructure and bare metal environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture engagements and major transformation execution for bare-metal and cloud solutions and products through all execution phases.
- Support new engagements by providing hands-on strategic direction setting, architecture design, and supporting the build-out of existing teams.
- Collaborate closely with other tech leads, engineers, and UIX designers to design, develop, test, and debug bare-metal and Cloud (Azure) solutions for high-performance computation.
- Responsible for mentoring teams and individuals.
- Engage clients with varying degrees of maturity to lead innovation and the development of strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
