We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing solutions, particularly within the context of pharmaceutical operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of IT and business processes, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Knowledge of integration concepts & supporting tools.
• Experience of AWS, SAP BO, SAC.
• Experience of custom development.
• Ability to design a custom application and delegate to a team to develop.
• Ability to explain to business in simple terms difficult IT terminology - what the solution is and why it is needed.
• Comfortable saying no to and end user
• Experience in data modelling
• Experience in advanced analytics
• Experience of data flow in an architecture
• Experience of investigating new technologies, how the business is impacted and communicating this to the business, internal stakeholders in a comprehensive manner etc
• Based in Poland
• Very good command of ETL processing tools (e.g. Informatica PC, Nifi, SSIS, Talend, etc.)
• Agile frameworks/methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Knowledge of Pharma industry standards and solutions, as well as the overall drug development process and business processes related to it, will be an advantage
• Familiarity with coding languages, operating systems, and databases.
• Understanding of process optimisation and deployment.
• Experience working with various infrastructure platforms.
• Ability to organize and prioritise critical projects.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proven track record of finding creative solutions.
• Solid understanding of IT topics.
• Past experience of working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• English at least at C1 level
• Proficiency in German language, both written and verbal is a plus
