Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Operational Resilience. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-level architecture that meets both business objectives and IT strategies, ensuring the scalability and effectiveness of ServiceNow implementations.

• Extensive experience in architecting and designing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in the areas of risk management, business continuity, and operational resilience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices for scalability.
• Proven track record of leading technical design sessions and discussions with stakeholders to achieve aligned solutions.
• Expertise in creating detailed architectural documentation, including high-level designs and technical roadmaps.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development best practices, with a strong focus on coding standards and data integrity.
• Experience with integration patterns and the ability to design solutions that connect ServiceNow with external systems.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience working on ServiceNow architecture within the financial services industry.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Knowledge of additional regulatory frameworks and how they impact financial institutions.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and creating robust reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and implementing CI/CD pipelines within the ServiceNow development environment.
