Solution architect / Senior Java developer

We are looking for an experienced Specialist in the architecture of IT solutions.

Future tasks:

• Participate in the analysis of business needs and requests, performs a preliminary assessment of application architecture and software.
• Search for the best technical solutions, describe the structure and behavior of the software within the framework of the implementation of current tasks and projects.
• Participate in the development, support and monitoring of the implementation of the IT strategy as part of the development of credit systems.
• Interact with the business / customer, provides and justifies architectural recommendations, explains recommended solutions approaches.
• Identify the need for the development of cross-functional or universal solutions (as an analyst or analyst-developer) and the preparation of documentation for the practical use of such solutions.
• Identify technical debt and analyze the possibilities of its repayment by own forces or by the forces of the team performing development in this functionality (including methods of development, decommissioning).
• Provide advice on functional architecture issues for individual information systems implementation projects and ensures compliance with the technical concept of the information architecture project as part of the system's functional architecture.
• Organize and document the architecture of software applications, ensure the availability of this documentation for further use in projects or system changes.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and norms of the Group and the Bank in IT during implementation of changes to IT assets in the area of ​​responsibility
• Conduct periodic (at least once a year) compliance analysis of IT assets to the standards and norms of the Group and the Bank, documents identified non-conformities and cooperates with the owners of IT assets to eliminate them.
• Provide recommendations on choosing the architecture of implemented IT solutions, taking into account current standards and requirements, the IT asset development plan, optimizing their construction, and cost of ownership.
• Provide advice on the application of the architectural framework - methodology (layers of architecture, choice of models and diagrams), procedures, and tools.
• Propose approaches to standardization and optimization of the architecture of IT assets in your area of ​​responsibility (ensuring reuse of existing developments).

We are looking for a specialist who:

• Has a higher technical education
• Not less than years in the position of either solution architect , or senior Java developer systems applications.
• Experience in designing and implementing large industrial systems
• Understanding of modern tools and application deployment platforms (Docker, K8S, OpenShift)
• Knowledge of COBIT/ITIL, understanding of SDLC components
• Practical experience using UML / Archimate
• Understanding of business process modeling notations
• Ability toeasy to use Jira + Confluence
• Upper-intermediate English skills
