OverviewNortalinvitesSolution Architect, to join our team for the client TUI — the subsidiary of the global tourism business giant!The client’s aim is to build a new high-performance platform from scratch on AWS by leveraging principles such a serverless and domain driver design. To be able to accomplish this the client will act according to the Spotify model and putting ownership as much as possible in the team.About Our ClientOur client, TUI, is a global business with over 70 000 people on board, great history and challenging plans for building a digital future. TUI is the largest leisure, travel and tourism company globally, and it owns travel agencies, hotels, airlines, cruise ships and retail shops.ResponsibilitiesYou will be working across borders with multi-cultural teams.Delivering large scale, multi-project technical solutions throughout the entire development lifecycle from inception to operation.Translate and document complex architectural issues to non-technical staff within the business.Take ownership of a Solution Design and communicate it to all members of a project team. Technical, architectural, functional and impact and risk elements of the design need to be conveyed to technical and non-technical members. Presenting options, risks, recommendations in a language and a way that shows understanding and technical leadership is essential.Engage with and assist technical teams in delivering the Solution.
