ABOUT THE TEAM

The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division contributes to Euroclear’s competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that does not compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.

Skills:

• More than 5 years of experience in designing solutions in a distributed environment.
• Preferably demonstrable experience in developing solutions with Microsoft technologies.
• Experience in delivering multi-platform designs.
• You are a problem-solver with strong analytical skills (e.g.: ability to break down complex problems and develop solutions)
• Ability to operate in a changing environment and to participate to the change.
• Superb communication skills (verbal, written, active listening)
• Assertiveness in driving tasks to completion
• Experience in Financial Services industry, as well as offshoring is desired but not crucial

,[Working very closely with the Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Application Domain Owners, Application Owners, the business and other collaborators to craft robust, reliable, performant, scalable solutions., You support the delivery of IT initiatives as Feature engineer accountable for the definition and the realization of end-to-end design solutions on the communication and reporting domains that fulfill the functional, non-functional, security & resilience requirements., Delivering a coherent IT solution for the communication and reporting platforms that meets both functional and non-functional requirements., Ensuring that the IT solution aligns with the Enterprise architecture standards and the business needs., Ensuring end-to-end consistency of solution delivery across teams by, for instance, coordinating walkthroughs of the solution with delivery teams, Ensuring that the solution meets guidelines and standards for design and development., Undertaking hands-on development (e.g.: Establishing prototypes / proof of concepts to prove the key components of proposed new architecture)., Estimating effort to implement the solution at Tribe level., Presenting proposed solution to technical and non-technical collaborators., Support Product owner in preparing features and translating them into workable PBIs for the delivery teams., Mentor andsupport delivery teams in implementing Features and PBIs in line with the architectural solution., Performs design reviews to ensure functional and technical consistency of solutions.] Вимоги: Microsoft, Analytical skills, Communication skills Бонуси та переваги: International environment, Remote work, Knowledge sharing.
