Job Summary: The Solution Architect will spearhead the architectural design and implementation of innovative technical solutions, ensuring high standards of technical quality and performance throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires active participation in pre-sale activities, discovery phases, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in software architecture, extensive experience with AWS serverless services, and a deep understanding of cloud security and fintech domains. Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach are essential.

About the Product: It is a digital white-label banking platform that helps financial businesses to grow fast, scalable, and reliable. It covers core banking systems, accounting, web and mobile app clients, back-office web admin panel, and integrations with different BaaS providers.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company at conferences and industry events.
• Participate in pre-sale calls to understand client requirements and present our solutions.
• Actively participate in discovery sessions (Gather and define non-functional requirements. Develop and communicate architecture vision. Provide rough estimates based on initial discovery.)
• Conduct demo presentations for clients.
• Oversee the implementation of security requirements.
• Lead the onboarding process for new technical team members.
• Define and set up the technical architecture, including technology selection and architectural schematics. Design and optimize technical architecture to support high-load projects.
• Research and evaluate third-party services to meet technical requirements.
• Create and maintain the project’s architectural design.
• Define and ensure adherence to non-functional requirements.
• Establish and enforce code quality standards.
• Ensure the architecture is implemented correctly and efficiently.
• Guarantee the highest level of code quality throughout the project.
• Manage the project deployment process, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, specifically with high-load projects.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (Cognito, WAF, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDb, S3, CloudFormation);
• Experience in the fintech domain — MUST HAVE; Understanding of PCI DSS is a huge plus.
• At least five years of cloud security experience, focusing on designing and implementing secure cloud computing solutions.
• A strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Security — Specialty or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional(CISSP), or Certified Cloud Architect (CCA) are preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira.
• In-depth understanding of security requirements and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
