We support the development of the employment market by providing effective tools for employers and job seekers.

In connection with the expansion of technical expertise, we are opening a vacancy for Solution Architect.

Main duties:

• Creating architectural solutions and high-level design of system structures;

• Ensuring compliance of technical architecture with strategic business goals companies;

• Choosing technologies and forming the optimal technical stack for projects;

• Forecasting technical risks and supporting the implementation of solutions at all stages;

• Interacting with stakeholders at all levels to agree on the architectural vision;

• Ensuring scalability, security, productivity and stability solutions;

• Organization and maintenance of technical documentation;

• Coordination of work between development, QA and support teams.

It is important for us:

• Deep expertise in architectural design, construction of integration schemes and diagrams;

• Experience of working with cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP) and microservice architecture;

• Understanding security principles (Identity management, encryption, data protection);

• Knowledge of modern approaches to working with databases (SQL/NoSQL, replication, sharding);

• Experience in all stages of the SDLC: from discovery and design to release;

• Skills explain complex technical solutions to C-level managers and developers;

• System thinking, risk management skills and result orientation.

It will be an advantage:

• Broad background in software development, system integration or infrastructure;

• Availability of relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, etc.);

• Experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments.
