Project manager of solar systems in Kraft Deckensysteme Ukraine

• Complete launch and coordination of solar system projects — from receipt of request to successful delivery.
• Negotiations with potential customers, consulting, participation in the preparation of commercial offers.
• Constant interaction with the work group, control of tasks.
• Close cooperation with the engineering and design department (transfer of technical specifications, control of deadlines).
• Interaction with production:
  -starting orders;
  -monitoring compliance with deadlines;-support of the shipment process.
Interaction with the client at all stages of project implementation (communication, clarification of statuses, resolution of issues).
• Interaction with the warehouse (control of the availability of components, preparation for shipment, coordination of logistics).
• Preparation of project and technical documentation together with specialists.
  

Professional skills:

• 2 years of technical or production project management experience.
• Understanding the structure and principles of operation of solar power plants (will be an advantage).
• Experience with the European market (will be an advantage).
• Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, work with technical documentation (will be an advantage)
• Experience of interaction with production.
• Understanding logistics processes and supply chains.
• Confident communication, negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Office, Google Workspace; work with CRM/ERP systems.
• English - B2+.
