Optimize performance and throughput ofSolana-based applications through latency optimization techniques. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments inSolana blockchain technology and incorporate new features and improvements into our projects. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging toensure the quality and reliability ofour blockchain solutions. Work closely with other team members, including front-end developers, designers, and product managers, todeliver cohesive and user-friendly solutions. Contribute tothe overall growth and success ofour startup through innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, orrelated field. Proven experience asasoftware developer with afocus onblockchain technology. Strong proficiency inRust programming language, with experience inbuilding applications onthe Solana Blockchain. Solid understanding ofdecentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain protocols. Familiarity with blockchain development frameworks such asAnchor for Solana. Experience with databases such asRedis, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Knowledge ofdecentralized finance (DeFi) concepts, including liquidity pools, automated trading strategies, and Miner Extractable Value (MEV). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention todetail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
