Your duties will include: Receiving and processing requests from users Development and implementation of modern tools for convenient user work Fixing requests in the Planfix task management system Independent resolution of employee problems within the framework of competence (1C, Planfix) Control of the execution of requests customers, monitoring the fulfillment of applicationsConsulting users online or offlineReporting on the performance of the department to improve work efficiencyOur ideal candidate: Has experience in administration of the company's accounting system in client mode from 1 year Has experience in administration of CRM systems Possesses system and analytical thinking Stress-resistant, goal-oriented and able to achieve set goals Has work experience with large volumes of information.
