Your duties will include: Reception and processing of appeals from users Development and implementation of modern tools for convenient work of users Recording of appeals in the Planfix task management system Independent resolution of employee problems within the framework of competence (1C, Planfix) Monitoring of the execution of appeals customers, monitoring the execution of applicationsConsulting users online or offlineReporting on the performance of the department to improve work efficiencyOur ideal candidate: Has experience in administration of the company's accounting system in client mode from 1 year Has experience in administration of CRM systems Possesses system and analytical thinking Stress-resistant, goal-oriented and able to achieve set goals Has work experience with large volumes of information.
