Main job duties:

• help colleagues use the medical program - show how to enter data, find results, make appointments, etc.;

• train new employees to work with the medical system;

• collect suggestions and comments from staff about the operation of the program;

• help configure new features in the system and test how they work;

• collaborate with technical specialists to solve user issues quickly and efficiently.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in launching and implementing medical information systems is desirable (MIS)

• understanding of the work processes of clinics, laboratories, registrars, reception departments;

• experience of working in an IT environment or as a QA engineer

• understanding of the principles of software integration;

• ability to formulate technical tasks, analyze and describe business processes;

• possession skills in working with Excel, Word and various databases;

• availability of system analytical thinking, ability to learn, communication skills and patience.
