Software Engineering Project Manager до materialise in Materialise

Thanks to unique modern technologies, the international product company Materialise solves complex medical engineering tasks. The company develops models of implants, surgical instruments, plans advanced clinical procedures, and also works with medical images and 3D printing technologies.

We are looking for an energetic Software Development Project Manager to join the Materialise team. In this role, you will be part of an international team of passionate professionals who are committed to changing the world for the better in the field of medical innovation.

What you will do:

• Manage client expectations, implement changes within agreed timelines and mitigate issues that may impede project success < /li>
• Conduct Kanban Cadence meetings
• Prepare release artifacts (documents, reports, KPIs, etc.)
• Manage the agile development process of production online projects
• Consider the technical and commercial backlog in DEV planning
• Be responsible for the release
• Track dependencies and remove blockers so the team can work efficiently
• Communicate and liaise with business partners and be the point of contact for developers
• Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation including SOPs (procedures, work instructions, etc.) for processes
• Review exceptional cases
• Work with one or more teams including developers, QA, analysts, UI/UX designers
• Coordinate new work with product managers, technical leads and other project managers to ensure , that tasks have clear requirements and are properly prioritized
• Manage multiple change requests simultaneously

About you:

• Above average English
• Ability to manage stakeholders and their expectations
• Willingness to collaborate with both business and developers
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with agile software development (eg Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Lean)
• Strong communication / negotiation skills
• Ability to think critically and detail-oriented
• Self-organization
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic development environment with a matrix reporting structure
• Basic knowledge of IT -infrastructure and security

Will be an advantage:

• Understanding of ITIL principles
